WNA Nursing
WNA Healthcare has a large pool of NMC registered nurses, NMC registered midwives and healthcare assistants. Our team of highly-skilled compliant professionals follow a strict recruitment process that involves having relevant vaccinations to gain a FTW Certificate, annual DBS checks and Mandatory training, as per the Skills for Health UKCSTF. This ensures we only send out compliant and skilled staff to our client establishments.
Our skilled pool of nursing staff, cover areas such as:
- Theatre

- General
- Specialist
- Critical Care
- Community

Care Certificate
For all new healthcare assistants, new to care from the 1st April 2015, we would need evidence of a Care Certificate as part of the recruitment process. This replaces both the Common Induction Standards (adult social care) and the National Minimum Training Standards (in Healthcare).
NMC and Revalidation
We understand that our nurses/midwives have busy lives so the office teams do all they can to ensure that they remain on track with alerts on NMC renewal, revalidation checks to DBS check and training items. The NMC Revalidation Scheme has now launched so Nurses and Midwives are now responsible for not only renewing their PIN renewal but also for submitting evidence to support their renewal. These are the following items that are needed for submission:
- 450 Practice Hours
- 35 Hours of Continuing Professional Development
- Practice Related Feedback
- Written Reflective Accounts
- Reflective Discussion
- Health and Character Declaration
- Professional Indemnity Arrangement
- Confirmation
