WNA Healthcare successfully passed their globally recognised accreditation - ISO9001:2015 Recertification audit with no minor or major fails.
During a gruelling all day audit led by Kenny, our HR Operations manager, the Auditor was extremely pleased with all the documented evidence. The Auditor acknowledged the hard work that was undertaken to ensure the Quality Management System was not only meeting Customer expectations but was also exceeding it!
"This is always a tough audit as literally everything is scrutinised - policies, procedures, processes, internal audits, meetings, feedback, training, results etc etc and it is a relief when it is over, and then great joy when you are told it is another great audit with no minor/major actions!" beamed Kenny at the end of the day.
