WNA PASS ISO9001 AUDIT WITH 100%
Congratulations to WNA for achieving another successive annual 100% pass in the ISO9001:2015 Audit.
Following the first online IS09001 audit for WNA last year due to a lockdown, this year welcomed back an onsite visit by the auditor.
Despite the difficult trading conditions in 2021, Kenny, our HR Operations Manager was able to demonstrate all requirements to meet the criteria.
The Auditor was openly pleased with the Management System and commented in his report Processes were found to be very well managed with excellent records and documentation and housekeeping is maintained to a high standard.
