WNA Healthcare are currently looking for a number of experienced and dedicated Registered Mental Nurses to fill long term contracts in the local area. The ideal candidates will have at least 6 months experience working in a Prison environment, have System One training and be registered with the NMC. The pay rates for this job is £20 - £31.00 per hour
About the role:
As an RGN or RMN who are prison cleared and have valid NMC registration, youll bring a good knowledge of clinical governance and experience of carrying out clinical audits. Well want to see evidence of your continued professional development, and a real passion for taking your skills even further.
It goes without saying that you will have a solid understanding of health and safety, along with exemplary record keeping skills. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, you will show plenty of initiative when it comes to handling a wide range of situations.
Beyond that, you should have a flexible approach and the ability to achieve changing priorities by managing your own time.
